steve: an ankeny man, charged with using an app to lure a young girl to a park, pleaded guilty today in polk county court. 25-year-old anthony abbate was charged with 3rd-degree sexual abuse after pleasant hill police say they spotted abbate and the girl engaged in sexual activity at doanes park in july. investigators say they met through the social media app, called kik. abbate will be sentenced december 17. stacey: newton police need your help to find a man they say robbed a casey's store at gunpoint wednesday. police describe him as caucasian, wearing a black ski mask, black sweatshirt, dark blue or black pants and black shoes. the suspect was armed with a handgun and got away with an unknown amount of cash. no one was hurt but the suspect is considered armed and dangerous. if you have any information on this case, called newton police at 641-792-1547. steve: a group opposing that proposed oil pipeline across iowa says the iowa utilities board is limiting public comment on the project. iowa citizens for community involvement, or cci, says, the board will only hear comments from ab
