i don't know necessary that any scientist maybe not even steve squyres are full-time on the mission foright years. so it would also surprise me, which i have a chapter in my book about the personal nature of their scientific lives, they're all off doing other things and they're writing about other topics by to read about natalie the runs expeditions in the attic, or jeff at the height in these lakes. they are out being explorers while they're on this mission spent by to to keep the science phone, to take advantage of that extended time spent it's actually perfect from the perspective of bringing in new people. so in my book i interview eileen, who was part of the second rotation, and so they very early, i forgot what he was, but this was within a few years, they brought in a whole new set of sciences, and she writes about what it's like to come on board but she said it's like drinking from a firehose. and, of course, you have a team that is well-established so it's very interesting. that has been ongoing. and over this period of eight years, you bring in your graduate students and then
