((steve sebelius)) the hillary clinton campaign says their rivals in the sanders camp have run a good, competitive campaign. podesta - who served as former president bill clinton's chief of staff and a top aide to president obama - acknowledged sanders has tapped into a vein of frustration among voters. but he said clinton is more prepared with specific, achievable plans to get to work on day one in the white house.
