i'm speaking on behalf of my colleague steven torres. i met steven on september 2020 when i ran for a chair for the castro district. throughout the two years, i worked side by side with steven, saw his passion for the community. especially during a global pandemic, bringing these marginized preliminaries bring voice. he helped queer communities in the castro receive the testing vaccines as well as networking for sexual health and resources. both of us worked in queer night life as well which has been for safe haven and homes for the lgbtq community. and i've seen steven's firsthand love of our community especially during these past few years. i know that steven could be a quenttial part of this commission. he has worked throughout the decades of his life here in sf s.i want to thank you all for your time and consideration for steven and for having me speak on his behalf. >> thank you, next speaker please. >> speaker: good morning. my name is sackratese para, also known as persia, i'm a san francisco drag queen and also after school progr
