the time lapse here from stevenson university. had a little fog this morning, a mostly cloudy, hazy sky now. that hazy in the air is the sign of all the moisture and that is why it feels much wearl than it is, even though we're not that hot so far. maryland's most powerful doppler radar, again, we've got rain in northern sections of baltimore county. parts of harford county and dotting in through southern pennsylvania. gets much more pronounced. i-81, often acts as this dividing line. that's when you get this deep into the mountains. the rain is spreading eastbound but while we got this solid rain here and it's just a morning event we'll fill all this in as we head through today. the cloud cover prevents us from getting too warm which may prevent us from getting too severe. but where there is sun breaking out portions of the delmarva, southeast virginia, they could be approaching 90 and could have tornadoes here. we're in the environment where we'll have the slight risk of severe weather. i think for us the possibility of damaging
