martha stewart went to jail for something kind of stupid for 10 years. neil: and up being four or five months. charles: in a place called camp cupcake. sam bankman-fried is not having that luxury. neil: you look at the impact of prominent sentencing and the reverberation it has. i was looking at other corporate scandals, and it is not as if all of a certain everyone in the financial world becomes a saint or candidate for pope. this does keep happening. >> it is so right but these are crimes committed for one motive. few people are able in circles in which he ran are able to control that particular emotion. i don't mind a lower sentence for someone who comes in and says judge, victims, i am sorry, i beg forgiveness and do everything to cooperate and everything to make things right. this guy did the opposite. he got on the witness stand, tried to blame others, he hasn't told anybody where the trails of money lead and who else was involved in criminal conduct. it wasn't just him. he was the leader. charles: the victims, because people get most of their mone

ron, editor and chief of midas touch and stewart from the mitt romney and george w. bush presidential campaigns. ron, what do you make of this move? secretary of state benson called it a meritless lawsuit that sought to anyone herb people's faith in security of the elections. >> this is a fairly routine thing. almost every state has more voter rolls than voters. you have people who retire, move to southern states. they have been removing people all the rolls but the bigger story is christina bobb. i cover right wing media so i have known her a long time since she was a field correspondent at oan. and she has one conspiracy theory after another. i recently posted a clip on twitter where from 2022 right before the midterms, where she was very excited about the republicans taking over the house because she had a plan she was going to pitch to them to reinstate donald trump to the presidency in 2023. she had a way that the house could do that. that's christina bobb and she is in charge of election integrity at the rnc. >> so this woman pushes big fat lies. that is scary.

thank you very much forjoining us, - you very much forjoining us, stewart purvis.arly where we've had the blue skies and the sunshine, but the weather is changing again and changes are happening out to the west because this cloud is coming in from the atlantic. the winds are picking up. we're going to see some rain arriving, as well. ahead of that, we've got some mild air. it could make 15 degrees around the moray firth and 16 is quite likely in the south—east of england. we do see that rain coming in, together with stronger winds into northern ireland and we'll see one band of rain pushing eastwards overnight, followed by a second band of rain that's developing. that one could be quite heavy rain with gusty winds, gales likely in the far north of scotland. it will be a pretty mild night out there, milder than it was last night. temperatures no lower than 9 or 10 degrees. those two bands of rain that we start with in england and wales willjust tend to fade away and it will brighten up in many places, leaving just a few showers. a few showers will continue in northe
