there is stillwater here. look at this puddle behind me on miller avenue across from the high school here in mill water. we have seen lots of mill water residents dodging puddles line this and doing a lot of clean up. the owner of the 2 a.m. valley shut down 1 a.m. sunday morning one the bar was filling with water. >> people were wading through several inches of water to get a drink but at a certain point we said "enough is enough." we closed. >> he took pictures of the understooded business and the water forced him to shut down sunday until about 6:00 p.m. which cost him dearly in sales. he felt worse for the neighbor, gentleman's taco. again, it took it harder and had to close business for the entire day which was several thousand dollars for them. >> a work crew tried to unclog a storm drain after witnessing all the problems. >> it is harsh. i was here in mill valley and it was flooded. >> the parking lot at mama's cafe flooded but the owner fed people their sunday breakfast. >> this flooded with water but
