adacia chambers of stillwater faces four counts of second- degree murder and 46 counts of felony assault. prosecutors today filed formal charges against chambers, who has been behind bars since the october 24th crash. a judge has ordered a psychological evaluation. the mystery of a northern illinois police officer found shot to death after reporting he was pursuing three suspicious men is apparently over authorities now say fox lake police lt. charles gliniewicz killed himself sept. 1 and tried to make it look like he'd died in the line of duty. his death set off a multi- state manhunt -- as authorities searched for three suspects who gliniewicz had radioed in that he was chasing. today, investigators say it was all staged .. to cover up years of stealing and money laundering from a youth program that gliniewicz oversaw. george filenko / lake county major crimes task force commander this had been occurring over the past seven years. gliniewicz was also found to have forged signatures on official documents. thousands of dollars were used by gliniewicz for personal purchases, travel expens
