jermaine harrison of stockton was born with a hole in his heart. so they did his dental surgery at children's hospital in oakland. soon after surgery he went into cardiac arrest and died. the boy's grandmother says that he was given gas as an anesthetic which he wasn't supposed to have because of his heart condition. >> i heard her say when he got back there, they gave him gas also. >> unfortunately he didn't make it. he said we worked on him for 45 minutes. >> the hospital won't confirm which type of anesthesia he received but said there are no issues with the surgery. >> i don't know the details. i'm not an anesthesiologist. his vital signs were excellent. the carbon dioxide coming out of him during the procedure was normal and excellent. >> an autopsy is being performed. the hospital is conducting its own investigation into jermaine's death. >>> people living at a trailer park in san jose say that the living conditions are just awful. and top city officials call it one of the worst in the city. so the residents of the western trailer park on mon
