at beso november 20th at 2:15, victim left vesle and was walking over on stom stockton and bush and he was a victim of a strong arm robbery. unknown if he was followed from vesle. advantage, we've talked about that. i won't go into that any further. the last one was assault aggravated with a gun. this is a weird one. we're still looking into this. i was talking to vage about it. it happened at 46 gary in front of lot 46. it was about 1:15. two officers were going north bound on curny street near gary. and they saw this guy running in the middle of the street. they stopped him and he said he had been shot in the back of his head. he had blood in the back of his head. they called for an ambulance. they went in front of lot 46. they didn't see anything. he was taken to the hospital and they found as they put it -- the victim said that he -- he was breaking up a fight and he felt a hard object hit the back of his head. he turned and saw a lady with a hand gun. the victim then ran away. it was determined at the hospital the victim was not shot. he sustained a right angle laceration to the b

we speak there is a small group of demonstrators blocking entrance to macy's department store on stockton street. and in front of saks fifth avenue. it's been a roving demonstration with different small groups splitting into different directions. started with a group of 60 demonstrators marched up from occupy san francisco at justin herman plaza today. and toward union square. and there you can see they appear to be going by a group from occupy oakland. perhaps biggest skrupgs has been to cable cars which have been blocked. now, a couple dozen police officers mostly on motorcycles have been traveling with demonstrators. there have been back and forth but nothing major yet. we've heard demonstrators some are intent on getting arested before the day is through. they want to disrupt the shopping and want folks to spend in a different way in stead of buying for ourselves as individuals, we should be trying to redistribute wealth so everyone can have enough every day of the year, it's not about gifts. >> their cars are backed up here probably a mile and a half. but it's america. you have a rig
