is it stoking up tensions? >> we are very worried about it. the secretary and others have made clear they were very concerned about the transfer of weapons from syria to lebanon. we made this point to the syrian and the lebanese government that the transfer of weapons can only to stabilize the security situation, and that we very much they it is not in either nation's interest to add fuel to the fire. and transfer weapons that may lead to greater instability and security in the region....
