the side of the stotesbury regatta. beautiful weather today but a chilly rain tomorrow. of the week will see dreary conditions. it's been one of those springs. 44 in south jersey, delaware, the suburbs, lehigh valley, all in the 40s and it's now down to 51 degrees in philadelphia, northeast philadelphia airport. 40s for andorra, chestnut hill and parkside while society hill is pushing close to 60 degrees this morning. sunshine, we'll see a lot fç it today. no sign of any clouds this morning. we'll be in the clear and a quick warmup, well into the 70s this afternoon. that sunshine, though, will fade for tomorrow as clouds that are building to our southwest are going to be moving in. this was in texas yesterday. texas has cleared out nicely. the heavy rain is moving through the deep south. look at the showers moving into the midwest. it's part of the system that is going to be coming into our area. not today. futurecast, nice, clear skies. sunshine will be bright as we go into the lunch time hour. this is noontime today. plenty of sunshine for philadelphia and wilmington.

that's still blocked off for the stotesbury he regatta and the mlk is going to be busy also.utside the box a little bit. ridge avenue or lancaster avenue some possible alternates. this is the vine street expressway. that crash that we had on the westbound side by broad street is pushed off to the side. but the heavy delays linger here in both directions by 76 the schuylkill expressway. and still slow going on 95 southbound as you enter the worked here at cottman but a little bit better than last time because that broken down cement truck has been cleared out of the way. so the lanes are opened, it's just a little heavy as you head towards center city on the southbound side of 95. had a crash by saint charles borromeo seminary at city and lancaster but that cleared out. at argyle and wynnewood watch out for an accident. it was one on the pennsylvania turnpike just like yesterday afternoon eastbound side by norristown. it's off to the side now but you're still being treated to 10 miles per hour. schuylkill eastbound not a whole lot better at 11 miles per hour and east whiteland

kelly drive is closed between fountain green drive for the stotesbury regatta. >>> delaware is mourning another death of a student. amy joyner-francis died in a bathroom at howard high a month ago and now another student was gunned down not far from the school. katherine scott has more. >> reporter: we're told that grief counselors and support staff will be at the school in wilmington today at howard high school to help these students as they go through this very difficult time. this happened yesterday afternoon the latest round of violence in wilmington just a few blocks away from the school on the 900 block of clifford brown walk at 320 yesterday afternoon. the 15-year-old freshman was hit in the head and died at christiana hospital. detectives were out at the scene searching for evidence. it remains under investigation. there's a ten thousand dollar reward for information leading to an arrest, neighbors were going about their normal retunes when suddenly they heard gunfire. >>> i was parking the car and opening up my door, i heard three shots, pow pow pow. >>> i am not to look outsid
