we are using some bailey's irish cream some jameson's irish whiskey and some guinness stout ... but i have a fan page on facebook and it was shared with me i had to do my research and development at a local irish pub ... i took a friend with me to order the irish triplets which sounded like a fantasy to my friend ... you take the jameson irish whiskey and you pour it into a guinness ... it bubbles beautifully and then it solidifies ... you need to chug of this before that happens ... we have a bailey's irish cream cup cake with a jameson's irish whiskey most and a guinness stout buttercream frosting >>for the buttercream frosting you simply make a pastry bag and you pipe on the frosting ... we serve this with another dessert we call the irish coffee cake and a chocolate cake with that same tennis buttercream guinness stout buttercream ... the butter cream is a reduction ... but the most style filling mousse filling is a jameson ir ish whiskey flavor and we have several other cupcakes that we're looking forward to easter to serve ... >>red velvet, lemon meringue cocoanut ... and
