richard strau strauss, he was the team doctor in athletics according to the ohio state university website from july 1981 through 1995. that is during the time that congressman jim jordan was an assistant coach for the wrestling team. there is an investigation that is independent appointed by the attorney general in ohio. they are in the midst of it talking to now grown men who were young athletes at the time saying that this doctor and according to nbc news three former wrestlers have said that dr. strauss showered inappropriately with students and touched them inappropriately during medical appointments. we do have a statement from jim jordan that says congressman jordan never saw any abuse, never heard about any abuse, and never had any abuse reported to him during this time as a coach at ohio state. he has not been contacted by investigators about the matter, but will assist them in any way they ask because if what is alleged is true, the victims deserve a full investigation and justice. one of the wrestlers has said to cnn, and i want to quote here, he says that representative jim jor
