stuart: okay.he estate tax, this is a big one for a lot of people especially our viewers, i know this. the estate tax is now where? >> this is such a surprise because we went from 35% to 40%. what's shocking is they kept the exemption amount the 5 million dollars. okay, per person. stuart: so the tax rate has gone up to 40%. >> the rate has gone up to 40%, but the exemption amount stayed where it was last year, which was 5 million. stuart: per person. >> per person. what we don't know is it portable or not, we don't know the details of the plan yet. going from husband to wife. if you had asked any estate planning attorney last year they would bet the rate, the exemption rate would have come in at 3 1/2 million dollars, but it stayed at 5 million dollars. >> husband and wife pass away together, let's suppose, they pass away together. 10 million dollars is excluded from tax. >> great point. the estate tax is not due until the second death, but yes, in that case 10 million dollars from federal estate

stuart: okay.access to the doctors that they need to see, answer the question? >> now or-- >> under obamacare? >> i think it's going to be difficult. i think it's going to be much harder than it is now, and i think we're going to be seeing particularly in urban areas, big problems because 25 to 30% of patients who go to the emergency room in urban areas, they don't have insurance, these are undocumented people and at the moment the hospitals can apply for charity care and get some relief for those, from federal government. and that's going to be abolished with obamacare, the hospitals are going to lose money and there, and i'm sure we'll see effect in patients care, a number of services going down. social services and we've got to pay for them and where is the money going to come from. stuart: you're a brit and practice in the totally socialized british system and more free market american system. do you think that obamacare takes us over and down that road to be more like britain's national health

stuart is the focus of a federal criminal investigation. a san mateo county official tells me that forrest is under investigation on suspicion of possessing child pornography. the u-s postal inspectors service is the lead investigating agency. but other than that. neither the postal service or the department of justice are providing many details on this case. a san mateo county spokesperson says. through a family member. stuart forrest turned in papers on monday announcing his retirement. effective immediately. forrest is 61-years old. several years shy of full retirement age. over the phone, stuart wouldn't comment to kron four about what caused him to step down. but on december 20-first. san mateo county officials say forrest was placed on paid administrative leave. this after u-s postal inspectors and the feds served search warrants on him. the postal service says the case is still sealed. so, the agency referred me to the department of justice. the department of justice was also tight-lipped about this. saying it won't confirm or deny t
