so we are currently with the general manager, reviewing all these submittals and again that will take us through december, through mid-december for us to be able to finalize and package up to present to you in january. as noted here, we had a number of meetings over the past few months, we had six baseline review meetings, which we started the whole process by discussing our current service levels so what are we doing today, how does that compare, are we meeting our service levels, are we exceeding them, not exceeding them, falling short. that was helpful for the general manager to understand as a precursor what potential gaps exist and to make sense of what the potential budget submittals might look like. then we've also had ten separate budget steering committee meetings to review not only operating budget strategy but how are we going to approach staffing, how are we going to approach certain program growth and that sort of thing, as well as peer review of all the agm's operating budget submittals. the meetings have been long and interesting as we worked through all the details but

and so did get the submittals in. and did inform us they will be assisting those businesses that are office space. the legacy program so we're in our final stage of selecting so we'll have a decision done by the end of week and be able to inform you on that for the plaques. then we're in the new position for the legacy business program is making its way through the approval process through h.r. and the budget office. couple things i wanted to bring to your attention is that the sfmta is going through a whole new look and potential revision to the curb color management. i wanted to bring that to your presentation. if you'd like a presentation we'll work to schedule that. there's a congestion pricing advisory committee meet from external stakeholders and internal. so for the external stakeholders the sfcdma mario magonom is on that committee but i do think it's probably advisable we ask for updates to be presented to the commission as well. so if you would like that, let me know. and we can start scheduling those update

submittal 6,000 a year. 20,000 permits that are starting and routes through the department of publicworks. when we think about all of these i am going line by line with staff to understand how every step works and how it will work in the new world to figure out how will step by step work electronically? it is complimentary. what does it mean? moving from the paper based to an electronic based system to provide huge efficiency to standard review comments. never will we have a loss of plans. it enables the departments to do that communication and collaboration they want to be doing. there is cost savings and environmental improvements by moving in this direction. this is a great example where the team can have benefit. we have 15 departments that need involved in this. there is no way a department like d.b.i. producing so much work per year could take this month. we are out of contracting i am happy to report. we have procured blue beam which is what the private standard partners are using to review and market plans. sfo is using this for two years and there are many localities moving

it allows us to ballet written submittal from the development proposals along with an oral interview and that allows them to bring out elements of it that we might not look at. in the selection process we talked about this and it's which of the proposals we received that meet the minimum qualifications and we'll do that and that's our homework. we contact with a third party consultant to look at financial technical feasibility of the proposals. the scoring panel will convene and it will review the proposals and review the consultant report and score the responses, we come back to the port commission twice. the first time is informational item only. we'll present the section you tive summaries of the scoring panel processes and produce the results of the scoring panel and it's an opportunity for the teams themselves to give a short presentation at this informational hearing. then, the second commission meeting will be an action item and we would request the authorization to enter an exclusive negotiating agreement with the recommended proposals. and on that, this is also a snapshot of

i would like to leave over-the-counter permits alone until we see it is working with submittal permits first. this turn and is working well. it is important not to disrupt that. we have been talking about it behind-the-scenes start with big then medium. then get to otc when they work well and staff is comfortable. i can tell you when we get to that eventually, and i am not sure on the timeframe. when we get to that i like the idea of starting with it being all in person so you are home, you know you want to apply because of the great communication to tell you, and you go and you go to the city's website, fill out the basic information and submit your plans. it is a question if that city website tool will be integrated with pts or if they will need to move them from where they go into a blue beam. then you need to come in. when the plans are quality controlled while you get there, you will walk around from station to station and give a project id. that is every project created. i think that is the way to go. moving the slow pilot in testing. i have heard there is a future state of the w
