suburban buses are running. so you can take the suburban buses. the market and frankford subways not running. that's a big one. also not running, trolley routes 10, 11, 13, 15, 34, 36. now the 101, one oh he two trolley they are running as well as the norristown high speedline. trying to understand for you what's running and not running but certainly causing so many problems through the morning. you can take the regional rails but we're already having problems with overcrowding with the regional rails so we expect that especially as you get to those stops closer to the city. as we've seen many times already with the problems that we've had with regional rails, we've seen the trains just bypassing certain stations. they have added some extra trains to try to help with this but we expect overcrowding with the regional rails to be a major issue. as we look outside live on i-95 expecting more people on the roads and right now we've got an accident. this is on i-95 here northeast philadelphia between street road and woodhaven road as you're heading sou
