it is north and western suburbs that is the biggest concern right now. you cane temperatures have certainly climbed ahead of these storms in the 90's. we will talk about a heat wave not only today tomorrow and tuesday with this stormy hot and humid weather. here is the timing, is what happening here. we have high pressure to the south. this is why we're talking about days of stormy weather, it is not constant. we will have one storm then a break, another storm with area of low pressure, moving around this high, and along with that we are watching tropics. a lot of moisture here coming up this week. we could be talking about inches of rain in our area but texas, that don't really need it. here's first wave moving through, eight and 9:00 tonight those storms in the western suburbs, moving through the philadelphia area. brief heavy downpour. you can see localized flooding with wind and hail pushing through. we will see a little break pushing through new jersey and delaware or new jersey and southern delaware, but more showers and storms likely later tonight

mid to low 60s in the surrounding suburbs could be into the upper 50s in the suburbs.ow morning but climbing up to 87. here's the change though thunderstorms coming in they'll be strongest north and west. that wind picking up out of the south that's bringing back that humidity. that will fuel all of these storms. ultimate doppler all clear now. don't worry about anything tomorrow morning. it's right about noon we'll start watching these showers and storms approach from the central portion of the state. now they're trying to form a line here and get organized. moving into the western suburbs by about 3:00 o'clock. but really intensifying between thee and 5:00 o'clock and here comes this line moving through. when you see a line like this where it starts to bow out a little bit that's an indication that these storms will be organized. not just your kim typical pop up thunderstorms this will be an organized line with strong gusty damaging wind as this line moves through and it's extending all the wail up new england states and all the way down through virginia and maryland

still plowing through philadelphia a little bit of lingering activity in the northern and western suburbs and by 9 o'clock, it looks like most of this is centered closer to the shore and then by 11 o'clock, it's mainly out of here. but along the way, we do have some several threats. the biggest one will be strong gusty winds out of these storms. , see how the storm prediction center has us in orange over the region and that's a moderate chance ann little better than usual chance that anything that pops does have the potential for producing strong gusty winds. some of these storms have a low probabilities of hail. that wouldn't be out of the question in a few areas. from about the i-95 corridor and up to the northwest there's the chance of an isolated tornado. the better chance of that is probably up in new england but i wouldn't be surprised if we saw one or two of these popping up briefly here or there. the bottom line is you look at all of these threats and you know if you hear thunder this afternoon or this evening you head indoors to the lower floors just in case. >>> the other part o
