i got a chance to a meet captain sullivan. on may 16th i and jason went down and talked to the captain he was open and receptive. he told us a brief history of the club and the problems and he gave us some great advise and also some tips on outreach work and gave us a lot of inside it was educational and very encouraging as well. besides that we as far as the outreach as far as the operations are concerned and sound it was an ovrng process but based on historical reading we were operating on maximum level at the club we've cut that down to or 85. after a few weeks they don't complaint. and besides the noise control we've also - this has been an ongoing process but we diligently sending out instead of members every morning before 7:00 a.m. to cleanup the neighborhood. one of the feedback we got was a resident in 701 had a problem with flyers and littering. we go down 3 blocks from where we are to mariposa and on idaho and minnesota so the to pick up bottles and cans regardless of theirs any prior night life or not. especially t
