sullivan stapleton is joining us. >> i snuck in for this. first. we want to get the nice crust on the outside of it. >> how long do you sere it on each side? >> until it's nice and brown. probably five or six minutes on each side. make sure you continue to sere it and turn it, just like this. and then, what i do, is amake a glaze. a sweet and sour mint glaze. no more mint jelly. honey, red wine vinegar. some dijon mustard and fresh mint. that becomes your glaze. and you want to save a little bit to serve on the side. that's it. and we're going to take this. and we're going to glaze the lamb on the outside. this goes the oven after you sear it. and you have a beautiful leg of lamb. and you can baste it with that sauce, every 15 or 20 minutes. >> that's what it looks like. >> we're going to serve a couple of thicks with it. i like yogurt with lamb. it has a good cooling effect. we're going to add beat juice that you can buy in the store. and a little salt and pepper and mint and fresh dill. >> why don't people like lamb? >> i think it's a prec
