careful. anything that just didn't have a chance to melt away and why would it, it was so cold could have frozen over. tough to tell when the sun'sot up but this is a camera shot with the elementary school where they had a decent amount of snow and i'm sure they did plowing on the pavement but there is still some snow out there, footprints around the area, but, it could easily still be very slick outside there. so just assume that at this point. looking at storm scan three it is pretty clear....
