as we mentioned, sunnydale and potrero are moving through that environmental review process. eventually you will find your way back in terms of plain unit developments. and last but not least, craig has been doing a lot of work with ed harrington's team in things that seemed like compatible themes, but given the fact these places are hilly, the access bit issues, and the run-off and new things we are trying to do as a city plays out in some ways on these sites. they have been generous in their staff time in helping us figure this thing out. so on the surfaces of community building, i think amy highlighted it well. we have had growing pains, as are always the case with these projects. the nice news is, we haven't had growing pains on the nice things like the jobs. or relocation. i think that has been a tremendous zess. it -- success. i think we threw everything but the kitchen sink at these things in the last years because we didn't want to fail in the most critical elements. now that we have learned lessons, hopefully it will be clearer for us to learn this with more efficien

sunnydale is in green. that area has been flooding for about 20 years at least. what we are backing up has been in service -- michael r. shaughnessy was still around. 20 years of flooding. but we also have some green projects that are occurring in the area, too. that includes the schellege lock site. this is a redevelopment project that is looking to have some green storm water controls. we just completed construction on leeland st. and these are just some of the preliminary plants for the schlege lock redevelopment program. this is weekend avenue --leeland avenue. better storm water runoff, and enhances the neighborhood is is the type of enhancements we will be doing, street by street, focusing on challenged areas. collection system replacement cycle. as we talk about the collection system, it was built, starting in 1970, over 70 miles of collection pipes. the replacement cycle we are recommending based on how long the system is expected to last is 110 years. within the system, 100 miles is a very high risk. that risk of failure. we are concerned we will have to

. >>> and as sunnydale deals with job cuts, scott mcgrew has a little bit of some hiring. >> wells fargo says it has at least 50 good jobs open. these will be in santa clara county. these are tellers and bankers. now, the san francisco-based bank has been quite stable through the economic crisis. employees of about 19,000 people in the bay area alone. so you know what a teller is. as far as a banker, he or she deals with accounts, mortgages. wells fargo on its job opening website considers these to be salespeople. the bank recently announced its customers were saving more money in their accounts, up about 10%. wall street worries a bit when the consumer stops consuming. we do have a society that, for better or for worse, depends on people buying stuff. so a shakier day on stocks tuesday on consumer confidence, but still to the positive, we've had three straight days, or we had three straight days, of triple digit gains. the dow industrial's never seen four triple digits in a row, and it didn't this time. the string remains unbroken. >> we'll wait and see. maybe it will. >> maybe some day
