this is what's affecting traffic in sunnyvale. eastbound 237 is currently closed, but the westbound direction just reopened minutes ago after an accident closed both sides. it's a divided freeway. let me show you video. about 2:00 in the morning there was an accident between at least these two cars. looks like there's a third on scene as well. look at the major front end damage there. someone has died as a result of this accident or shortly thereafter. more details still coming from chp. they have reopened the westbound lanes, but eastbound coming out of mountain view heading over to 880 to milpitas, fremont and the rest of the east bay is still closed. again, this deadly accident under investigation. they also have to clean up the debris and oil on the eastbound side, that's the reason for the slowing. they will affect you heading over towards 880 and 680, your access further north into the east bay. the second issue in oakland, we have the update here. all lanes now opened here passing by haggenberger. there's only slowing to ab
