breaking news out of sunnyvale. we've learned that a 4-year-old has fallen out of a fourth story apartment complex. the details not really clear. marianne favro joins us live. did he fall off the balcony, a window, what do we know? >> reporter: well, unfortunately, we still have a lot of unanswered questions. we just a hierrived here at the apartment complex on poplar avenue in sunnyvale. earlier this afternoon, a 4-year-old did fall from this four-story apartment building. now, what we don't know yet is whether that was a young boy or a young girl. but we do know that that 4-year-old child was taken by ambulance with injuries to a local hospital. right now, you can see that police are processing this scene. right now, there's no sign of foul play. but this is standard protocol that police process the scene. especially when involving a minor. unfortunately, we don't know how that young child is doing at this time. we also don't know if the child fell off a balcony or perhaps leaned against a winnow. these are all th
