sunol is required to pay base rent of 41,000 $667,000 each month. if there revenues exceed a threshold, it would be required to pay each quarter additional rent based on percentages of revenue. at the end of the year, the sfpuc is required to perform annual counting that calculates the final rent due. in other words, they need to reconcile what was paid and what was due on the revenue for the year. if a percentage read in only some quarters, the credit is due to sunol. currently, the puc requirement the puc retain access read, which causes them to maintain accounting that carries over each year. rather than at the end of each annual year doing the final reconciliation and then releasing the credit backed, it is carried through the term of the lease. we recommended that puc modify the lease sell an annual two level reconciliation of brent occurs each year so that a red settlement is made each year -- a bent -- a rent supplement is made each year. puc should require sunol and crystal springs to submit annual reports timely. supervisor campos: if i cou

the impact was that puc intends to collect balances due or late charges from sunol and crystal springs golf courses. it requires the approval of puc 's commission and the board of supervisors. the puc sets it could modify the terms for an annual reconciliation if the lease rates to be modified for other reasons. the sfpuc has proposed a staffing reorganization of the real estate services division, which has been approved in the budget. originally, the organization was overseen by external affairs, and it has been proposed to be overseen by the general manager's office of puc. our next audit was -- supervisor campos: before you move, one of the things that struck me in the report on this audit was that on page seven, you indicate that while sunol retain most of the records necessary for the audit, it did not retain some supporting documentation for its revenues. in light of that, i'm wondering how complete is the information that we have? to be able to know that we are getting from sunol everything we are supposed to be getting, we have to have the documentation as complete as possible.

this is the sunol valley water treatment project. work on the project is also proceeding as planned, and we are now 23% complete over there. just down the road is the construction site for the alameda project. this is one of our most critical seismic reliability project, as it provides a lifeline for seismically robust conduit across the calaveras fault. the project is well on its way to being completed at 81%, and substantial completion is anticipated in september. the team for the new irvington , mobilized in 2010, the work focused on the tunnel portals and the immediate shaft. you see here one of the three road had is that will be used for digging the tunnel. i'm being told that excavation work will begin by the end of this week. supervisor mirkarimi: my son would love this truck. >> is that right? supervisor mirkarimi: he totally would dig this truck. he is so enamored with these kind of vehicles now. >> we would be more than willing to provide a tour and see the real thing. construction on the bay toddle has been going very smoo

we have one gust over 50 in sunol and we are not done with the storm just yet. so flash flood watches continue town along the coastal sections of the bay area and over the mountains as we are seeing some heavier amounts of rain coming through right now and, of course, the ground is entirely saturated so that water just runs right off into these creeks. we can expect to see some rapid rises on the creeks. if you live in those areas, watch those very, very close think this morning. i think as we head in toward the afternoon, it will start to turn into more showers and then the possibility of some isolated thunderstorms. here's your main cold front moving through right now. but on the back side you have this very unstable air that's going to start to rotate in so we are going to keep the showers going with the possibility of some of those isolated thunderstorms. temperatures are going to be in the 50s all around the bay area today. so it looks like things are going to stay cool. we are going to see wet weather continuing very dangerous on the roads this morning. an
