(pam) in the east bay. investigators are trying to determine how a dead body.. ended up in an park. a woman's body was found in arroyo viejo creek in oakland. police secured the area with yellow crime scene tape, while investigators collected multiple pieces of evidence at the scene. however, this is not the first time a body has been found at the park. several years ago, a female homicide victim was found in the same creek. a suspect was arrested and charged in that case. police say, there appears to be no connection to this case. although it is early in the investigation... police are not ready to rule out foul play.(sot) there are no there are there are no surveillance cameras in the area near the creek where the body was found, nor in arroyo park. an
