that will be working its way closer to sunol as well as the tri-valley.san jose, i'm zooming in so that you can see it's raining. just rain in downtown san jose, pushing off to the east. and then we go into the rest of the day once again with this storm system wrapping up and then starting to give us much less rain. we'll catch a little bit of a break in between these storm systems but another one is right behind that, and it looks like there are several others right behind that as well. so, we're going to have a busy next seven days as we go into ne in san francisco, looking at soma. at least every now and thent' g out. after a soggy start we do see a rain that's pushing off to the east. this is a look from our camera here in san jose. you can see where it's clear and where it's raining. it's been a little unsettled for today if you're about to head out. you may still need the umbrella. once again, rain chances are going down as we go into the rest of the day and it's going to be much cooler, only reaching about 60 degrees for the rest of the afternoon.

taking a live look outside in sunol and all of that sunshine, a welcomed change. also in heeldsburg as we dry out with the rounds of rain we had and maybe heading out to ocean beach but it is cool and windy out there. so not the best beach weather with the temperature now only 51 degrees. it is 55 in palo alto. and in livermore, it is 50 degrees. but we will be warming up as we go throughout the rest of the day and as we take a look at the temperature trend, we go into the mid-60s. by the middle of the day. so we are going to continue to warm up quickly over the next several hours. and our high temperature's reaching 63 in concord. up to 61 in napa. santa rosa at 62 and then we'll see another system moving in that will bring us more clouds for tomorrow. and it is bringing some rain just starting to edge its way into washington state but we are going to see this as it gets closer to the bay area fizzling out in terms of rain and the system itself is weakening, as well. we are going to keep a slight chance of rain in the forecast for farther to the north. and then w

sunol and the green hills as a result of the rain. let's take you up to the mendocino coast and i think yesterday at this time i could barely see anything because we had rain moving through so it is nice to catch a break here and there as the temperatures are still on the cool side. only reaching into the low 50s right now. this is a live look outside in walnut creek as we're also seeing sun there. and our temperatures will reach into the mid-50s this afternoon. so you do still need a nice warm jacket in the day and going to cool off quickly going into this evening. as we go -- by our microclimate, couper tir no cupertino and mid-50s in the east bay and breezily westerly wind and reaching 54 in marina district and winds at 19 miles per hour. for the north bay, also a cool day. we should be about ten degrees warmer than this for this time of year so as you make plans for the evening hours, we are going to have our san jose neighborhood nights going on at the al maden community center and it's very cool so heading out there with the kid

sunol, beautiful green hills, flowers blooming and nice also to see the sun coming out in between the rain that we are going to see. here's a live look outside in san jose. you can see a few fair weather clouds in the distance. as the temperatures head up into the low 60s today. we should be reaching up to 66 so we're just a little bit cooler than we should be. taking a look at concord, up to about 64 degrees there and a light breeze as we keep the mostly sunny skies for today. so if you're making plans to head out for a walk, we have a moderate level of tree pollen in the air. and, of course, it will get worse but the rain does help clear out the air at least temporarily and mostly seeing the elm, juniper and cedar trees registering now with the tree pollen. here's a look at the high temperatures for today. heading up into the low 60s for san francisco. 64 degrees in napa. also 64 for the high in palo alto today. the seven-day forecast shows you that every few days to see rain moving in but today is our break and we can see. why the clear air in place over the bay area and the next s

could be mid to upper 70s around 680 as we go from pleasanton down into sunol. upper 60s, low 70s in hayward down to oakland. 60s and 70s from the peninsula up toward san francisco. downtown closer to the 70s. upper 60s around the outer sunset and santa rosa tomorrow near 75 degrees. so our storm ranger mobile doppler radar does have the weekend off, which is a nice change from last weekend. we do have some high clouds here which should make for some pretty sunsets and sunrises the next couple of days. sunday you'll notice a few high clouds but no worries about any rain until late tuesday night and wednesday. so you see this system that's coming in here for wednesday right now might see as much as a half inch of rain out of that particular storm so we'll be watching that closely on wednesday. thursday afternoon into friday looks like we'll catch a break. by next weekend now some rain at times to start off saturday morning and then if things hold up, next sunday should also be relatively dry. obviously the warmest weather of the next seven days occurring tomorrow
