effort by replacing the section of the pipeline that crosses arroyo laguna and sunol glen school. also owns an easement for the existing pipeline across the school property. however, the new pipeline will need to be installed north of the existing alignment to avoid in mature and beloved tree. to implement the project, the puc needs to acquire a permanent pipeline easement. the project also requires the temporary use of additional property during construction for access to the work area. puc staff worked with the superintendent of the school district to negotiate a easement for purchase and sale of the easement. i like to acknowledge and thank malleen barns the school superintendent who retired in june after a long career as a very well respected educator in the community of sunol. she was a wonderful and accommodating process throughout the design of the project and she was very protective of her student safety and school resources, but understood the importance of the project and the school's role in implementation. with her we worked together to craft an agreement that schedule

marcus was telling you folks, this part pleasanton to sunol. that was the last full closure of south 680. now this affects another group outside of sunol, but getting into the south bay from the east bay, we're looking at southbound 680 from san ramon. from acosta down to 580 itself will have the closure. the access to the dublin area via 580 from 680 will be limited. you can use san ramon road as an alternate. so during the very early or very late hours when there's much less traffic, you can use this two two lane divided roadway to get past the closure, but otherwise the volume will probably be too much because only two lanes of local traffic are not enough to keep up with all the 680 traffic coming down out of contra costa county and down through san ramon via danville and even diablo. so for folks traveling from that area, you might want to take 24 over to 13, five, 80 or 880. some folks might be heading to the a's game and that would be the preferred route. even if you have to go up and over. so do consider that now, as we're looking at th

oliver de silva and sunol agpark and alameda county for utility. the history behind this was back in june 2018, pacific gas and electric transferred the electric service account at to the power enterprise of the puc. in 2023, oliver desilva informed the power enterprise it had been charging the tax rate at 7.5 percent instead of the alameda county user utility tax rate of 6.5. asked for refund of the 1 percent it over-paid and when staff investigated the overpayment in addition to charging the wrong tax rate it improperly remitted the taxes to san francisco tax collector instead of alameda county treasurer tax collectser. a similar problem discovered for customer sunol agpark who as a government agency should have been exempt from tax charges. the total amount collected totaled in terms of credit was $101.824.48. and for sunol park, $339.94 and a return of funds back to alameda county for remitted taxes of $651.975.40. staff has been directed to revisit the entire process to insure this does not occur again. we are looking at meter to billing to in
