about 3 months ago a committee-a small group that includes margaret, steve [inaudible] susan fisher own we said how do we make this a operation like this in the clinic flow much like we do intake for diabetic patients. we are trying to build this into the model leverages out pcp staffing because a lot of it can be done by non pcp staff.
