i'm susan hendricks. >>> a 20-year-old college student has accused pittsburgh steelers quarterback ben roethlisberger of sexually assaulting her at a college bar. hi, joe. >> reporter: good morning, susan. georgia police say the alleged assault took place early friday morning in milledgeville, georgia. the two-time super bowl champion was celebrating his 28th birthday with friends. they were mingling with another group that included the reported victim. the alleged incident took place in a bathroom at a popular college bar. the woman and her party contacted police soon after the alleged assault. he was taken to a hospital, treated and released. both have been interviewed by authorities. roethlisberger is not in custody and not charged with a crime. this is not the first time ben roethlisberger has been accused of sexual assault. a reno woman filed a civil suit against him last summer accusing the quarterback of rape. roethlisberger has vowed to fight that case. >>> joe, thank you. we, of course, are following that story. we will bring you more information as it comes in to us. >>> now
