we heard this week, san francisco health officer dr susan phillips say that they're considering whether to drop the indoor mask mandate and this is coming just as the president yesterday said he was doubling fines for not wearing masks in planes and transportation hubs. do you think there should be some sort of federal standard or should masking policy be city by city based on the vaccination rates? actually it now turns out there is a federal standard and what the president is really messaging is the variation around our country. but what happened is when the cdc put back masks for the vaccinated and this was on july 27th. they actually put a really nice study together where they um, essentially said that community transmission rates in your region should determine when people have to wear masks inside. and where not, and so, essentially, they define four categories. low moderate, substantial and high community transmission rates and said that people need to mask inside when they're at the high end, substantial, which we would absolutely work. and then they can drop the indoor masks wh
