where one sort of solution that you just think of is more pumps, but how is that becoming more sustainable? i don't really know what the answer is yet and i think that's why we, you know, convene summits like this. i think all of us are going to be facing very similar kinds of situations and it's the kind of thing we all need to think through together and figure out how to resolve. so to recap, the specific problem from a utility management point of view that we face in the near future is the notion of salt water back flowing into our current sewage system. this will basically cause our treatment systems to fail catastrophically. we will have for large periods of time sewers that are completely full, which will not allow drainage to happen in a consistent way. having said that, i think there is a way we can resolve the problem in the immediate future. it won't be cheap to sort of do a back flow prevention around the east side of the city. we are looking at preliminary estimates in the area of maybe $10 to $20 million to retrofit this kind of thing. if you go out to 2100 where you are const
