now i'll give you a view from sutro tower, looking down on to san francisco.e at santa cruz yet? okay. and anyhow, the two level 1 storms come in over the weekend. the first one on saturday, bringing fairly light rain. it could be steady at times. heavier rain and steadier rain will come in on sunday with the second storm. once again, they both rank level 1 on the impact scale. and there could be some thunder and some hail mixed in with the storm on sunday. it could even spill over into monday. cold air is going to accompany the storm. and it's going to be windy at times. but we'll start to get some partial clearing next tuesday. middle of the week next week may still be a little unsettled, but we're not expecting any significant rainfall then, and it will start to get much milder towards the end of next week. by the way, although we're staying at home and not going out, there is a winter storm watch in effect for the sierra, where the storm that produces rain for us over the weekend will produce up to two feet or more of snow in parts of the sierra. hopefully

this is from sutro tower, not from san francisco. and that there is a view at emeryville. tomorrow will be just like that but warmer, there is patchy fog along the coast right now, there was this morning, it will be back again tomorrow, it will be almost exactly the same thing, so if you are down to the park or in those areas, you will see fog in the morning but not to say you won't see some sunshine by lunchtime or after that, there will be holes punched into that fog. the systems are to the north of us, classic pattern that will take us through the whole week, in a dry sort of way, and temperatures generally warmer tomorrow and they cool off as we head into wednesday, thursday, and friday but they don't get cold, they just get cooler. as we look at the current state map, you can see the temperatures outside right now are running ahead of yesterday by a few degrees, 83 in fairfield, 83 in brentwood, those numbers tomorrow easily upper 80s, maybe low 90s. 70 and knappe, right now, 82 in santa rosa, and you have 75 in san jose. even san francisco is at 66, if we take a peek
