first from the high definition sutro cam. sutro cam. clear skies over san francisco and much of san francisco bay and east bay and south bay and most of north bay as well. let me show you the golden gate bridge. already the on shore winds -- we actually hit a wind shift from the warmer offshore winds. and now the on shore cooler wind direction. it is pushing the fog in as well. that is definitely a sign things will be changing for us. let me show you some the close up satellite. you can see the clear skies, but you can get a sense that late this afternoon and even in the last couple hours that the fog bank is just starting to move a little inland thanks to the westerly winds that have reformed off the coast. 47 in napa and 51 san francisco. oakland 56 and livermore you are at 50 degrees and our highlights are taking us through the middle part of the workweek. passing clouds overnight and we will also put in the coastal fog . much cooler and breezy for your monday, and it does look like there is a chance of showers moving across the bay

that was a live shot by the way from the high definition sutro cam. 45 san francisco.ading into the 30s for you by early in the morning. antioch 44 and 45 with a mixture of clouds and breaks there in san jose. here is a look at current wind speeds. i just updated these. you notice the air coming down. a couple of areas to point out. sfo is getting some westerly winds with gusts up to 22. and hayward, those westerly gusts to 15, but most other reporting stations definitely started to come down. half moon bay gusts to 18 and novato is breezy with westerlies the 15. that is good news that the winds are starting to come down. but it is also going to mean some colder temperatures for those wind protected areas. decreasing winds, colder overnight and partly cloudy tomorrow and it is spring. it arrives at 10:14 tomorrow night. and it does look like we will see some of the spring showers mainly in the north bay as we head into monday night and tuesday. we will touch on live doppler 7hd and most of the radar is pretty quiet right now. it is expected to pick up tomorrow. santa r

this is a live look from sutro cam showing you the golden gate bridge.ewhere down there are a bunch of people running across that bridge. it's called the emerald across the bay 12-k race and 29th year, the oldest foot race that they've got. it benefits san francisco's oldest charity, edgewood center for children and families. it kicked off at 8:30 this morning. its championship race for track and field specific region, which means, top athletes from all over the place are running in that race. this are having to deal with really brisk winds. >> lisa: yes, but the temperatures aren't that warm either. blustery you called. the winds are up over 35 miles an hour. not just at the airport but all around the bay. as we head outside, tahoe, isn't that a better picture. we've been waiting for that all winter long. you can see snow on the landscape there. still a couple of inches is possible down at lake level. winter weather advisory for another hour and a half. that is the way it should look, right? back home, we're looking at nice visibility with a few cumulus
