. >> paul sweeney, someone else from the bloomberg family, meghan mccardle says - why did aereo thinkth violating established copyright law in the first place? >> i think barry diller and the management of aereo thought they found the narrow loophole in the copyright law that would allow them to bypass the copyright issue and redistribute the signal. they thought there was a demand in the marketplace. maybe consumers don't want to pay $85 from onto get this huge package, maybe they want to pay eight dollars per month. they thought they found a loophole but the court shut them down. when you get your cloud tech people together with media people, how big is the argument and what does it mean for the future of cloud and tech? >> we spent a lot of time talking about that yesterday. we feel this court really does not impede the growth of cloud computing or cloud storage. the court went out of its way specifically to say that this was a narrow interpretation of the copyright law. >> i hear a lot of whining on the west coast? >> they are very concerned. they are starting to think about the u

case you were talking about the same platform, different -- >> i want to put this question medial sweeneynd covers technology, what do you think? would have made more sense for opentable to combine with grubhub or is a company like priceline the logical acquirer? >> it makes a lot of sense, priceline can afford it. they are trying to open up a new ,ertical with the restaurants in addition to hotels and airlines and car rentals. they are going to open up this restaurant vertical. opentable is the best place to make. priceline is looking to increase their mobile usage. whether it is facebook or google, everyone is trying to think about how to participate in the growth of mobile usage. priceline, opentable which is primarily mobile base, this is a great way to do it. >> you are saying this is a good move, priceline is the right company? >> i think so. opentable ist -- primarily domestic. one of the things priceline could do is bring that to an international marketplace. i think within the priceline portfolio of properties, opentable is certainly one that fits in pretty well. ,hey certainly p
