last chapter i tell the story about told the story about being a young kid that woke up one day with sybil and joins, a sore throat and a high fever. a doctor looked at my symptoms and immediately sent me to the hospital. i have developed a fever that was a bacterial disease that attacks the joints and hard fouls. at age 11 i had this feature. today nobody in america gets that disease. it's a developing world illness. there are still many kids in africa who get this and they don't have access to antibiotics many people who get this today and dying by that dying by age 20. the 1966 i was fortunate that there was a miracle cure penicillin that have gone on the market a few decades earlier. through the publicly funded hospital i was cured and i went on to a productive life and i went to a public university, got a graduate degree, taught in the ivy league for 26 years and then ended up teaching at wide view of the world's top think tank. so i won the lottery in terms of life fortunes. dale who was also shown in the picture was not quite as fortunate as i was. after the picture was taken, he wa

again, sybil thing. if someone opens a window or a window is broken at my house, i have an alarm.ave you ever heard of these guys? it is not very costly. you can subscribe. that can be installed. it is a simple technology a privatecompany, system can do that. i do not think we can spend a lot of money. it can improve the quality and professionalism, you got to be able to hire and fire people. you have to put some technology in place. we do not have to put cement trucks and barriers in front of the white house. it is the people's house. do you know when the current seven-foot six inch fence was installed? >> 1965. >> i do not want to go through some outrageous things. taxpayers have to fund this, but maybe we could raise that a little bit. editing is your part -- he lived in florida. we could put some vegetation barriers, simple things like how about spanish bayonet? you jump that fence and you get quite a greeting when you hit the ground, inexpensive invitation -- vegetation barriers. there are whole host of things we can do cost-effectively. i hope you consider some of them. dubb

there is note a nine a simple truth -- there is no denying that sybil truth, america deserves a raisefolks are doing very well on wall street and in the board rooms. give america a raise. i think eventually congress will hear us. we will break those folks down. we will stay on them. we will keep at it. that is how i got michelle to marry me. i just wore her down. persistence. you have to stay at it. because the only thing more powerful than an idea whose time has come is when millions of americans are organized -- millions of people are whosezing around an idea time has come, voting for an idea whose time has come. [applause] whenw it gets frustrating it feels like your voices are not heard in washington. i promise you, i share that frustration. after all that unions have done to build and protect working americans, i know it is frustrating when people have the tod of blame you -- gall blame you for the problems facing working in americans. i know you have some experience with that around here.
