[ bleep ] oh, no. >> according to the florida fish and wildlife conservation, the girls ran into a building and hit a power line and also hit a parked car before they hit the ground. the witnesses say that the girls went limp after hitting the first building, and they were in that state until they hit the ground. they are in critical condition. the florida fish and wildlife conservation commission is investigating the incident. we reached out to the parasailing company, and so far no comment. but they say that the investigation can be lengthy. a friend of the girls alex overby from indiana has started a give forward page to try to raise money for the girls and the families, because they have hefty medical bills. we have alex. now, can you tell us how the girls are doing? >> well, sydney had brain surgery, and i know she

from the fathers of the two indiana teens who suffered critical injuries in that accident. >> we need everybody to keep praying for us. >> a plea from the parents of alexis fairchild and sydney good when the tow rope snapped, helpless, they drifted into a condominium, hit some power lines and slammed into the cars below. much of the terrifying ordeal was caught on cell phone video. >> we said what's going on? he said, dad, the rope broke and then that's when -- i mean, it set in. it was a nightmare. >> alexis and sydney were rushed to the hospital in critical condition. >> when we first got to the hospital i was in a state of shock. >> both girls needed brain surgery. sydney's father says she has a fractured neck and even though alexis also just had back surgery this week, she's already moving with the help of a walker. >> she's walking past sydney's room and was able to walk in, say hi, hold her hand. sydney was able to raise her hand. it was a great moment. >> i can't even express on behalf of our family and the fairchilds the outpour of caring and prayers. >> the coast guard is investigating what happened including what role the stormy weather may have played. the parasailing
