here is the wider view showing temperatures across the area right now, 50 in new york city, 38 and syracuse mid 30's in chicago and pittsburgh. cooler air to the north of us but the warmer air is trying to lift its way northward. were going to feel it again tomorrow, even know it will not be as warm as today or it temperatures still slightly above average for this time of year. then the bigger changes are on the way as we move into the upcoming weekend. the showers will eventually arrive in it looks like late friday night into the day on that are day, it may become moderate friday night with totals exceeding an inch or so. if the eight daytime high tomorrow lots of sunshine. you will definitely need the sunglasses. the seven day outlook shows temperatures in the lower 50's on friday. there are the showers that will role in as we move through the late day hours. temperatures will cool with the showers at not so much. we have replaced the 40's for lows. 58 on sunday with the sun shining. middle to upper 50's monday through wednesday of next week. i'm confident that we have turned the corner.
