"the new york times" reports aides to clinton took no action to have those e-mails preserved on government servers as required by federal law. the state department saying overnight that it has long had access to a wide array of clinton's e-mails. two months ago the potential presidential candidate turned over more than 50,000 pages of e-mails at the request of the state department. experts are calling this a serious breach. they say personal e-mails are not secure and should not be used by senior officials and clinton's critics are already chiming in with implications of secrecy. jeb bush tweeting overnight, "transparency matters. unclassified hillary clinton e-mails should be released." he also posted a website link showing hundreds of thousands of e-mails from his time as governor of florida. a spokesman for clint
