issues, i want to highlight there has been at least a conversation with districts in regards to the tac program. we do not think this has reached the board yet but the district is interested in the possibility of rolling back the local portion of the transportation for clean air fund program. if sb 83, the vehicle registration fee ballot measure is successful next week, we have some concerns about that because there is a 20-year record of effectiveness. it has been administered locally. it is a main source of funding for alternative fuel programs, bicycle programs, rideshare programs, and things like that, so we do not necessarily see eye to eye on that project. i will keep you posted on this. we are working with other management agencies in the bay area to try to reach a conclusion with the district's on this topic. -- the districts on this topic. this and do have important state implications, the approval from the legislature, that some changes in the way the state transportation approval program works, which could make things more difficult for us. this board has prioritized bonds fo
