take a look you can see the damage caused to this tahoe when the dirt bike slammed head on into this vehicle. this is what's left of a mini dirt bike. the owner of this chevy tahoe says the driver of the bike didn't even see the collision coming because his head was turned. >> i was afraid. i couldn't see where he was am i thought he was under the truck. it was scary. >> reporter: philadelphia police say it was around 1:30 p.m. when residents in this mayfair community say the 20 something-year-old dirt bike driver was on the sidewalk and in the roadway. on the back of the bike, a young woman riding the pegs. kevin keating says he was approaching cottman avenue on the 7200 block of hawthorne street when the pair slammed right into the front of his tahoe. >> i didn't see them until the last minute and i don't know if i closed my eyes when the impact happened and i slammed my brakes. i just know he wasn't looking at me, he was looking -- looked like he was looking back towards cottman avenue and -- and next thing you know i didn't see him and she was on the ground in front of me. >> rep

it's 39 in tahoe. 32 in truckee and 51 in blue canyon. the cloud cover will bring temperatures down. but for some it's still above. we should be about 62 to 68. some areas are still in the mid- 70s. so overall, light rain to the north. there's not a lot there. the rainfall that does fall. it's just not stacking up very well. this is a weak system. cloudy, mild, light rain, highs 60s and 70s. there's the line. healdsburg. there's not a lot there. up to fort bragg which has had a couple 1/100ths. some sun scott south. if you get the -- some sun to the south. if you get the sun, the humidity factor will feel tropical. 60s to 70s. 68 santa rosa. clearlake, saint helena, vallejo, benicia, brentwood, 68. upper 60s low 70s still warm. gilroy, 90 on saturday. 77 today. santa cruz, 0. 60s 0 -- 60. about the same on tuesday, then warmer wednesday, thursday, friday. looks like a weak system will give us a cooldown and cloud on the weekend. i'm not gonna say rain anymore. >> no. >> why bother? >> we've given up on it. >> well, when it's 65 in tahoe.
