good morning. >> reporter: tam, good morning.ult this is for these ninth through 12th graders who are almost two full months into the school year. a robo call went out over the weekend notifying families that the walter d. palmer charter high school would o be shutting down. now, this left nearly 300 students, 80 of them seniors scrambling to find new classrooms in the city. at a at a meeting last night in frankford parents were outraged. it was well known the charter school had been struggling if thisly for months and according to the founder parents were put on notice that closing the school was a very real possibility. the parents were still outraged at the way this process was handled. for months the low performing school has been battling with the philadelphia school district which is in the process of revoking its charter. the school which also has k through eight in other locations has twice the number of students legally allowed. last night parents were confused angry and pointed the finger at ceo dr. walter palmer. >> my

good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam, and philadelphia police say the victim wanted to buy the car. the suspects are the would-be sellers. one suspect is in custody, the other police are looking for the other. this started on city avenue near saint joseph's campus. it ended in landsdown where one person was taken into custody. the victim had spotted a car he wanted to buy and set up a meeting. he connected with the seller suspect around 11:00 p.m. on city avenue. the victim wanted to test drive the car and that's when the seller and another man wanted to rob the victim. the victim couldn't get out of the car, the car sped off, all three people were inside. police started to pursue them and that pursuit continued into delaware county. the car lost control and smashed into a fence one of the suspects fled on foot, police were able to append the other, the victim was in the injured. police want to hear from you if you have any tips. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> in the news this morning, developing right now, police are on the hunt for an armed man who rob
