it's terrifying video matt and tam.ne carrying 58 people crashed only about five minutes after takeoff into a river in taipei. at least 15 people have died and there's a desperate rescue effort going on right now. take a look at that video. that was dash cam video of that car traveling over the bridge and you can see as that plane wing just clips the taxi traveling over the bridge there. now, you can see it hurdling out of control. taiwan's official news agency reported that the pilot app feared try to steer the plane back in control but was obviously unsuccessful. there were two people in in taxi. they were injured but are now in stable condition after being taken to a hospital. this is video here of the rescue effort going on right now trying to save passengers and crew members inside that plane which is submerged in the river. this all happened around 11:00 a.m. local time and it's really amazing that anyone survived that crash. we know most of the people on board were chinese tourists. there were also at least two c

good morning. >> reporter: good morning, tam.the last half hour, we thought this was actually lightening up. we said the snowflakes looked smaller but then all of a sudden it starts picking up again so it's a little unpredictable. the snow is pretty but unpredictable. i find grass and flowers prettier but that's me. about an hour ago we did take this "action news" snow totals ruler and measured the accumulation which again there was some accumulation before this storm but it looks like over the last hour we gained maybe about a quarter of an inch so it is coming down and of course road conditions are slick. we have seen some plows traveling the roads. we're on the corner of cinnaminson and ridge avenue right now and there has been some light traffic but plows are trying their best. so, if you can give them some extra time to get these roads clear, we suggest you do so. now, we did talk to a resident from kensington who was traveling around the area and he sort of gave us an update on the road conditions this morning. take a liste

good morning annie. >> reporter: good morning matt and tam.en was just saying about those snow covered roadways and what some viewers are saying about what you got to look out for. a plow actually just went through here just moments ago so we're able to see some of the blacktop here on the black horse pike. and you can see vehicles here finding those tire tracks and where cars before them went. and a salt truck just went on the opposite lane of the black horse pike as well but it's still snow covered. you still have to take your time and a lot of the smaller roadways down here in atlantic county have not been cleared and you've got to add here to those speed restrictions on some of the major roadways. as for the snowfall, you can see right here it is significantly lighter than it was over the past several hours, between 11:00 and 3:00 was when it seemed to be the heaviest. then it picked up again, off and on between 3:00 up until now and now this is the lightest that we have seen since all of the snowfall began. take a look at this video. this

good morning, tam and matt. taking a look right here you can see that we're on the girard point bridge heading 95 northbound. we just passed the airport. we've been all over. we've been on 76 west, we've been on the pennsylvania turnpike also the blue route. what we're seeing is we're seeing some wet road conditions but nothing too slick at this point. we've seen plenty of penndot trucks out spraying salt and already once we were out on the roadways since 3:30 this morning we could feel that salt that texture that they want to get down there for the icy conditions. we could feel it on the roadways. but things looking pretty smoothly out here as more cars are hitting the roadways. of course, penndot also having a lot of those electronic billboards telling you to reduce your speed because of winter weather conditions. at this point seems like people are taking their time heading on the roadways. not sure if they're going hit any of those icy patches. looks like smooth sailing in many of the areas we've been on man
