good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam. i spoke to a septa spokesperson this morning and they said that the service this morning should look pretty close to normal here though at this point this route is still out of commission. as you can see crews are still working here. they're trying to remove some of these cars from this track. so, instead this morning they're going have to turn around trains at the terminal. it won't be quite as efficient but they said hopefully customers shouldn't notice the difference. the investigation into what happened continues. morning rush was under way around 8:10, a collision at 69th street terminal involving three six-car trains. seven cars derailed. >> when i got up here they said the train that i was going to be on was in an accident. >> reporter: federal investigators were called to the scene in upper darby last night. septa crews are now working to remove the cars involved which weigh about 37 tons each. septa officials say a moving train on number two loop collided with the rear of a s

katherine scott is live at get a hold of a suspect.ice try >> reporter: good morning, tam, the motive is under investigation, the 61-year-old victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. police say he is expected to survive. let's go to video from the scene last night in north philadelphia. this happened 1400 block of popular just before 7:30 p.m., police say they found one spent shell casing on the walk sidewalk outside the window, there was a small group of people inside the home when an argument broke out. two people left and immediately following their departure, a shot was fired through the window,tim was c sat in bedrooms nearby.officers arrived and he s critical condition. >> he is in the bedroom, he wheelchair bound sitting in a wheelchair watching television with friends when the bullet came through the window and struck him in the chest. >> reporter: and right now, police are looking for two men, one possibly wearing a flight jacket. they do say there are surveillance cameras on the block, they hope to find footage that can help in the shooting investigation. >>>

. >> reporter: good morning, tam, police are trying to figure out what happened out here, they have a lot of pieces they are trying to put together. they know for sure this is a double shooting that sent two shooting victims to the hospital. there was a third man discovered near the home. police are treating him as a suspect. police don't know if this was a home invasion or what sparked the shooting. this happened before 2:00 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the residence in the 2400 block of 77th avenue. when they got there they found two shooting victims on the second floor, 20-year-old man shot in the leg and 25-year-old shot in the leg, both were sent to einstein hospital. the victims said they were shot while sleeping. however, when police were looking through the home they did discover five shell casings, they didn't find any in the bedroom where they said they were. police found a third man injured and bleeding not far from the home. he initially was not cooperating with police and police are treating him as a suspect. take a listen. >> appears the third vict
