good morning, katherine. >> good morning, tam.is american airlines flight to san juan takes off at 8:10 this morning. we're at the gate where people are starting to show up right now for this morning's flight. this is american's second flight from phl to san juan since maria hit. the first went last friday with humanitarian relief mainly. on today's flight there will be your typical passengers on board as well as people heading to aid in the relief effort. there will also be 19,000 pounds of cargo which includes relief items. let's go to video from earlier this morning. these eight staff members from the salvation army will be on this morning's flight. they're on the way to the airport now. mayor kenney and councilwoman maria quinones sanchez helped them secure seats on the flight. the salvation army has an estimated 150 staffers home based in puerto rico. since maria, they have been feeding an estimated 14,000 people a day and providing shelter. getting supplies to the island has been a major issue right now with damage to roads

good morning, jeanette. >> reporter: good morning, tam. this is just a horrific shooting. 16-year-old boy who is dead, he actually was already unresponsive before arriving to the hospital and was pronounced dead shortly after, the youngest victim just 11 years old and police are still very much in the early stages of this investigation. this deadly shootout happened along the 100 block of east pastorius street in germantown just past 8:30 last night. police got a call about a shooting and arrived to find multiple young gunshot victims. the first was a 16-year-old boy shot in his back. he was unresponsive when he was transported to einstein medical center. minutes later he was pronounced dead. the second victim was an 11-year-old girl, grazed by a bullet. she is is in stable condition. an 18-year-old man shot once in his torso and a 19-year-old shot multiple times in his leg and stomach. he is in critical condition. no arrests have been made but homicide and crime scene personnel have a whole street block worth of evidence to process. >> we know two of the victims ran into

good morning, jeanette. >> reporter: good morning, tam. scene is still somewhat active even though this happened several hours ago. i want to step out of the way so you can see the home. you can actually see a little bit inside of it. it is all just black because of the flames that tore through the right side of this home here. it happened around 11:30 along the west 37th street. nearly 40 firefighters arrived on scene and were met with intense flames coming from the front door. they were told that one person was trapped inside but they first had to get much of this fire -- put much of it out. firefighters did search the home and found a man inside. paramedics immediately began working on him and he was transported to christiana hospital in critical condition. he would later be pronounced dead. a woman was also taken to the hospital in critical condition with injuries she suffered while trying to escape the home. she jumped out of this home and finally a third patient was treated for nonlife-threatening injuries. of course, the big questio

good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam.t's right, three people were shot, one person died. the motive here remains under investigation and you can see police are still on the scene here. they've been on the scene for hours investigating this homicide detectives are investigating. this happened on the 600 block of personal place in the spring garden apartments. police initially thought this was a double shooting. arriving officers found two men in a courtyard. they both had been shot. a 58-year-old man was hit in the leg and hip. he's in stable condition at hahnemann. the second man who is 26 years old was shot in the hip and is in critical condition. while police are here investigating what they thought was just a double shooting, a neighbor discovered a third victim. he was lying in the bushes between buildings shot in his back. police know his name. they say he was in his late 20's or early 30's. police rushed him to hahnemann where he was pronounced dead shortly before 2:00 a.m. investigators say more than a dozen shots

. >> reporter: good morning, tam. the mother of one of the accusers spoke to "action news." says she's seen changes in her son, she's devastated and she wants tyree dumas to be held accountable. the dollar boys operates out of this west philadelphia store front at 54th and market. this is also where the arrest took place. 28-year-old tyree dumas is the founder and ceo of the dance ensemble dollar boyz. you can see him in several promotional videos for the group online. dumas faces charges of sexually assaulting three boys. police say one of the charges stems from a case they investigated last month involving an eight-year-old who was recently involved in the program. that triggered the arrest. the other two were reported in 2013 stemming from reports in 2008 when those children 10 and 11 years old. the mother of one of the abusers became friends with dumas. she introduced him to her son who wanted to be a dollar boy. both she and her son are now devastated. >> it hurts my heart because i trusted him with my son. and it's like y'all spreading all these rumors that we want mon
