there they are getting some rain and some of those areas in around the tamarack fire. you see some of the showers moving across there. but some more lightning strikes coming through as well. now, just a little further north near the quincy fire. still some smoke settling in around there and then you start to see some of moisture for to interact with some of cloud cover as it moves through that direction. still, the winds have not been a real big concern there. so some of that smoke likely sitting down in around the quincy area. also in the chester and of course in the susan bill. you see that coming up on the south there. some of those winds are kind of switch around here now in the quincy, maybe 6.11 to 14 miles per hour. so not a ton when they're just a breeze there today so that smoke really cannot move very far in around the fire in the models start to pick up on that as well. the next 24 hours. you can see all the smoke in yellow and orange here kind of just sitting in and around the fires that showed in the models are not predicting a lot of wind to pick up that

now as we've had so much rain in around the tamarack fire zone. the burn area.ld see some flash flooding, maybe some debris flows in and around that because of all that debris left over from some of those fire. so. that's concerned. they're not as much so toward the quincy area, although they're seeing some scattered showers in that direction. the smoke has been kind of an issue today. the winds have not been all that strong. and so that smoke is kind of settle down in and around quincy in that area near chester. you see the winds fairly light out of the southwest right now at 5 miles an hour early on. they're actually out of the east. and so some of that smoke in the forecast wants to start to filter back into the central valley. so you headed up by 5, maybe tomorrow. watch out. you're likely to run some smoke as you make your way in toward reading. you see the computers models start to pick up on that and then it looks like it's going kind of just sit there throughout tomorrow before beginning to kick a little further to the east. i think as we get into sunday
