obviously tamerlan tsarnaev is another.you testified before this hearing, what is the main message you hope to convey? >> well, i've just been asked to testify, jake, so i want to know what the committee and house twoont hear. i am honored to be called to testify. the main message is we're a lot safer than we were on 9/11 because of all that we've done since then. the kind of attack that occurred in -- at the boston marathon is the kind a lot of us had nightmares about. we stopped a lot of terrorist attacks with tremendous help from the fbi, from the department of homeland security, from the cia. this one got through. and we just have to go back and in a very undefensive way figure out what went wrong. what could have been done to prevent this and make sure that this kind of attack never happens again. but i think the important thing is say particularly on a day when these three additional suspects have been arrested that this continues to be not a cold investigation but very hot investigation. anybody who made a conclusion
