tami has been living here for 5 years in a small tent that she shares with another woman inside they are at the mercy of the dangers of the street they've already been assaulted several times but just look at everywhere they did they just tore right open and. now she doesn't even have a door and she sleeps out here at night there's also no lights right over here so it's very dark and you know especially as a woman that's pretty damn scary even if a guy that's been scary thought he might walk up in the dark walk right and do whatever they want. to help these people elvis wants to do more than just bring them bottles of water his major project is hiding in the courtyard of his church he came up with the idea to build small wooden houses for them they're not big barely 4 square meters but inside elvis in libya have thought of every last thing to improve the daily lives of these homeless people. we knew on and yes so what does it mean so if someone tries to open a window with alarm. this rate here allows people to sleep when people sleep they can think they can do better they feel better

i just wanted to jump in here and make sure that you heard what tami said which is that we're long standing partners of mission neighborhood health center. we've come up with this agreement based on the best experience of what we know today and with some sensitivity analysis that we've shared with you and the staff. we continue to be partners with mission neighborhood and should something happen, if it means our projections are not correct, not only will we be in dialog with them at that time of five years, but we actually be will be working with them over these next five years to help make sure there's sustainability along the way. so it's not for the commitment to continue to support them to make sure that these clinics are seasonable past these five years. we'll also be working with them throughout this period of time. i don't think that asking us to commit to financial support past five years specifically is something that we can agree to today, but there's also a lot of other types of support that we work with community clinics on whether it be helping with staffing, recruiting, with o
