joining me now, tammy bruce and dr. herb london. dr.do -- we know part of donald trump's appeal is to a certain segment of white men who feel like the economy is passing them by, maybe they had jobs where the new economy is taking over, but certainly people also look around and say, hey, you've got a lot of people that are doing jobs that americans should be doing for higher wages. this kind of study sort ofrscor? >> i think it does. and i think by and large what you want is to recognize the distinction between the illegal and the legal immigrant. you also have to recognize the fact that if the economy is growing at, let's say, a 3 or 4% rate, then we would be able to accommodate immigrants of all kind. but the argument that you would reward an immigrant with a job, an illegal immigrant with a job because he has violated the sovereignty of this country is absurd on its face. the united states should be a country that allows for immigration. but legal immigration. charles: tammy, i always argue, though, that i think i don't care how big

tammy bruce and rod wheeler. from a law enforcement perspective, i'm sure everyone is sharing. however, law enforcement has a serious bone to pick with apple. >> you are exactly right. good evening, i can tell you what you just announced is a stunning development in this entire case. as you know, the f.b.i. and apple have been somewhat at a complete separation in terms of whether apple was going to allow the f.b.i. to break into the phone of the san bernardino suspect. the good news for law enforcement is that the digital forensic experts at the f.b.i. was able to crack open the phone. the f.b.i. just issued a statement saying they used a mysterious method to gain access to the phone. what they have not said is what that mysterious method is. you will see freedom of information requests flying all over the city. charles: this could be the worst development for apple. >> this is the classic privacy versus safety debate. in a world that's so tech savvy it's something consumers have to be worried about. but apple held their ground on this. charles: i saw a tweet from frank luntz s

joining me now, tammy bruce, and steve rogers. ford within let me start with you. cruz had huge margins. where the margins of trump's victories over him saturday were relatively small. >> this weekend was a big "w" for the trump forces. trump has to take home 58% of the remaining delegates. rubio's folks did go to cruz in louisiana. will they coalesce behind ted cruz? we'll find out tomorrow. charles: one of the knots was the 35 per prr bar. >> i think you will see that change. there will be a big change i believe in the next few weeks and those people that were not supporting him i believe as your guest just said, the trump train is on the way. it made a stop to tree fuel and people will jump on board. charles: in the stock market when there is a pullback, they call it the pause that refreshes. >> it's a wake-up call for mr. trump. what's appealing about him is he's always himself. i don't know what he would change. his team might have to work heard and get more people on the ground. the club for growth put money into oklahoma and arkansas. and cruz won oklahoma.

charles: tammy bruce, charles higby and jenny beth martin. ohio, florida, everyone is focused on them. this is a crazy week. where is the momentum? >> the momentum is with donald trump. the on question is if he can sweep all five. if he wins florida and ohio he will be on the quiet path to the nomination. but if trump cleans up in north carolina and missouri. charles: jenny, how do you see this shake out? >> what we have been saying is it's a two-man race. after tomorrow we'll see it will boil down to donald trump and ted cruz. charles: it is a two-nab race in my opinion as well. marco rubio is not going anywhere. what do you make of that? >> i think that if marco rubio -- i believe he cares about the country the way he says. he says he doesn't want donald trump to become the nominee. i think the way to do that is for him after we get through tomorrow to see how things shake out to step back and evaluate his path forward and whether he has a path to the nomination. we contend that he does not and we'll see that play out tomorrow. charles: it'
