joining us from myrtle beach is nbc's tammy leitner. tammy, this is a place a lot of people know, a lot of people vacation. it is a place where there are a lot of courses, and of course we know and have been there to grand strand, that 60 miles of beach there. how is it looking where you are and what are your anticipating? >> you know, chris, just literally in the last ten seconds it started to rain again. you know, it rains, it stops, it rains, it stops. the wind kicks up, it dies down. it is taking a long time for this storm to get here to myrtle beach, i can tell you that. about 60% of the people in this county have evacuated. some people have chosen to stay. we've had a chance to speak with a lot of the people that have chosen to stay. everybody has a different reason, i can tell you that. one of them is a business owner. his name is robert miles, and he actually told us that he wanted to evacuate his family but he can't. he owns a pet store and he feels an obligation to stay and save the pets in that pet store. there are about 200 o
