brignac in the tampa bay lineup batting eight. that went on to the flag court and it made it a 1-1 game. top of the sixth, zobrist came up and hit the line drive towards left center feel. almost got to it, but the ball got by. pie was a little late backing up. as a result zobrist hustling all the way to third. that was big because the next batter longoria hit a fly basketball 6789 that made it 3- 1. here is carl crawford against mark hendrickson in the eighth income. that made it 4-1. and then in the 9th inning after albers came up, three consecutive hits. the third was a swinging bunt to 3rd base. that drove in a run and made the final 5-1. the rays outhit the orioles 12-of. guthrie, very good effort. no walks and five strikeouts. but the offense was a pie home run, and that was it. and the losing streak is it four consecutive games. everybody has been waiting for the breakout game. 1-6 now on the year. but this is a slump that is top to bottom. again, the more you talk about it, the more puzzling it gets. >> they are not firing
